Track Pins for use with the Harbor Freight mats when using the mats to build/make a Mini-Z track.
I printed the track pins using a FlashForge Guider II printer which has a large print bed. There are 3 files of my track pins that you can download for use. I broke them into groups since not everyone has a printer with the bed size of the Guider II.
The track pins will require you to make 10mm holes in the mat pieces and any material that you are using to make the guard rails/barriers with up to a total thickness of about 2 inches.
When I built my Mini-Z track with the Harbor Freight mats, I used the edge pieces that came with the mats. I double stacked them and drilled out 10mm holes for the track pins to fit into. I designed my own tool using a Traxxas TRX4 aluminum shock body. You should be able to use a 10mm hole punch or similar tool to make the holes.
Each piece of the track pin measures 37mm (1.45 inches). they can extend from 1.45 inches to 2 inches.
