Trådfri pole holder

I modified https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2519363 to make it work with my Ikea lamp pole (can't remember the name), which has a diameter of just under 20 mm (~19.7 mm).
Like the original, it only requires two M3x10 screws. It is designed to be snug to prevent unwanted slipping.
