Trading Card Divider

I purchased the cardboard storage box shown below to organize my Pokémon cards, but I wasn’t a fan of the dividers it came with. They didn’t stay upright and didn’t do a great job of supporting the cards.

To solve that, I designed this custom divider that latches securely onto the sides of the box, allowing it to stand straight and properly support the cards. An added bonus is that it lets you reuse Pokémon product packaging as part of the divider itself.

You can cut out the set name from the packaging and place it in the top window, while the lower opening can be used to display additional artwork or design elements you’d like to keep with the set. I also made the divider deep enough so that, if desired, you can pour epoxy to permanently seal the artwork in place.

I haven’t completed a fully finished version yet, but I plan to upload photos once I do. If anyone prints and builds one before I get to it, I’d love to see how it turns out!
