Traffic light

This is a typical Dutch traffic light you encounter near buslanes, and intersections.
I made this model for a time management function. As you can see in the pictures a fully functional traffic light.

When the RED light is lit you may not interput that person.
When RED and Orange are lit, it will take an X amount of time before he is availible.
When GREEN is lit the person is availible

The Arduino code is included. on request i can sent you the wiringscheme.
Parts List:
Bunch of wires
2x 10k Ohm resistors
3 x 220 Ohm resistors
2 x push buttons
1 x Attiny 2313 (programmed with arduino, on how i did this, there is a .txt file included with a link to a tutorial that worked for me)
