Transformer bobbin assembly

Transformer coil winding bobbin assembly. Print 2 each bottom, side and front. Use ABS at 255 degrees and bed at 120 degrees. Also Elmer's glue stick on bed was needed. Moderate filing and trimming needed for assembly. Use super glue.

Model was made from fusion 360 software. user can set a reference length of iron EI lamination where the E winding window height = reference length, the E lamination tong length = 3*reference length, the E lamination tong width = 2*reference length. Also settable is the thickness of the iron core (that is number of lamentations*lamination thickness); the desired wall thickness; a tolerance parameter for the desired extra space to fit EI lamination into the bobbin; and a clearance parameter to set the tightness of the assembly tabs.
