Transformers large blast effects

There wasn't very many good large Blaster effects (that were free) for Transformer Figures, so I decided to make my own based on official ones.

Updates:
-Added a smooth beam version that's just the ball and cone with no spikes, and one with a bit more of a consistent shape
-changed the name so it's not "megatron"
