Transit custom pillar covers

This was initially just a cover for the hole in the C pillar of a Ford Transit Custom.
Some one asked so I've added the other covers i did for the rear pillars.
Treat these as a work in progress as they were knocked up quickly in sketchup, but as far as I recall the top and middle fitted ok, the bottom has a notch for the earth straps, and as far as I remember didn't fit as well.
