Trash can foot pull

Our trash can slides in and out on rollers, and someone suggested that I should make a handle that can be used to pull it out easily with your foot. I made a few prototypes and this was the result.

It has an overhang to allow you to use the top of your foot as well as teeth on the top to let you open it if you're wearing large shoes. It has two versions, with and without a clip under the overhang to allow it to hook on a wire frame

You can mount it using screws, in which case you'll have to drill into the garbage can, or you can just use some strong double-sided foam tape
