Trash Can / Garbage can lock

Racoon were getting in my trash can and getting trash all over my yard. I have an elevated porch that I use a rope to lift the lid to throw trash into.

I needed a design so when I pulled the rope it unlocked and then locked back as it shut.

Added a lockout to keep the latch open for trash day.

There are 3 files and you will probably have to customized to your trash can.

Used a Spring from an ink pen as the return spring.

Used 40% infill on the print. Used 100% on the small lock out part.
