DON'T DO THIS (right now, the router is not completed yet).
Big CNC plywood router of a steel tube profile 25x25.
The machine was made to fit OSB sheet size (2440x1220). The working field 2000x1000.
The main parts are printed on a 3d printer, but if you are not clumsy then they can be safely welded.
When I count fasteners, I'll post it.
