I got a black Leatherman Tread (knockoff) and didn't want to pay for ChronoLinks nor be stuck with very rough adjustments by removing full or half-sized links. So, I first just designed an pin to adapt the Garmin Fenix's 2.5mm pin to the 3.5mm holes on the Tread's link brackets. Then I designed full links with arms to allow for high-resolution size adjustments. This is my first thing, so if you find it useful or have suggestions please let me know.
The designs are fully parameterized so that they can be adjusted to other watches and wrists. Note that the skinny parts of the arms are adjustable in height as a compromise to add strength to what I think is the weakest part of the design - the large holes where the link attaches to the Tread links.
I've been wearing the links for about three weeks now and when printed in black PETG with a black Leatherman Tread, the links are unnoticeable.
