Bushing for Vision Fitness Treadmill model T9550, part number 001285-A (listed on parts diagram as R20). This part has been discontinued and it no longer supplied by the manufacturer, so I created this to replace the one missing on my treadmill.

This may work for other similar sizes and styles. Feel free to download and try it.
