Tree Branch Shaper

I want to do some "pleaching", or tree branch shaping. (Grow two branches together into an X, or other design). In order to do so, I need a way to hold the branches for a long time in the specific orientation to let them grow together.

This is designed to fit on a standard tree stake (50mm/2in diameter). You screw it to the stake in the right place, and then lay the branches into the little cross. You can mount it in either vertical orientation. Once you lay the branches in, there are some holes that you can use to put string/tree tie wire/etc through, to tie the branches into place on the holder. This will support them as they grow, and allow you to gradually bend them into place over time.

I printed this in PETG at 0.2mm. I did use supports, because there are a few curves that are a bit fiddly, but it actually uses very little support. I may end up having to print in ABS depending on how it does in my 115' heat this week...
