Yes folks, you're right - nobody really needs this. But I wanted to have it anyway :-)
This thing prevents any water ingress into the battery compartment and also protects the lock in case you use a pressure washer to clean your TREK Rail. It perfectly fits my Rail+ Gen5, maybe it´s also usable for other models
