Tri-Fold Flag Display/Case

This is a flag display case designed to fit standard folded 3" x 5" American flags, as well as similar-sized flags. It’s the very first model I created using Fusion 360!The case measures 223.58mm in height, 382mm in length, and 35mm deep. The flag can either be gently slipped into the case, or the case can be assembled around it. The interior features a small ledge that helps hold the flag securely in place. The design prints in two parts, with built-in connectors that allow the pieces to snap together easily. For a cleaner look and extra strength, I lightly glued the two halves together after inserting the flag. The result is a secure, presentable display that keeps the flag upright, clean, and protected from falling over. This project used 154.59 grams of filament (printed using Bambu's PLA Matte) and took a total of 10 hours and 56 minutes to print both halves—about 5½ hours per piece.
