A 3-way corner bracket for 2020 aluminum. ## Summary ► Design For: 3-way Corner mounting bracket for 2020 extrusion. ► Created by David Malawey, 2026.06 ► use M6 x 12mm fastener * 3 ► compatible with most 20mm extrusion manufacturers ► 3d printable design (recommended ABS 30% infill) ► derived from design corner20.sldprt which joins 2 members ## Description: This corner bracket mounts aluminum extrusions of 20mm or 2020 at 90 degrees. The design is open source, installs with three M6 fasteners, and requires the extrusions to be tapped with M6 threads. This part is printable with no supports, has less strength than common cast aluminum corner brackets, but it is designed for improved aesthetics. If strength is desired, you can include aluminum brackets at the interior corner with this bracket at the exterior corner of a joint. All my models are free and open source.
