Triangular Sphere

I wanted to create a 3D shape with three equal faces for a three-sided die. My thought process was a sphere is made by integrating infinite circle cross-sections. What if you took an equilateral triangle and did the same thing? This is the result. After forever researching I can't find what this shape is called or if it even has a name. It's very fun to mess around with though.
