Tricopter ends

Modded from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:474933 . As I was using carbon fibre 10mm square section tubes I thought it would be good to be able to route the cables down them so added holes in the ends.
I've also added a servo clip for the rear tail servo which is for a Turnigy TGY-210DMH digital servo.
One refinement is that I have added .5mm PTFE 'washers' between the moving parts, makes it slop free and silky smooth. https://youtu.be/IvKstTE8OAU
