Triple edge spike (pickstick)

The spike is a difficult horizontal print which is the ideal strength orientation. Horizontally, supports would either fuse to the model or not close enough to provide a clean surface. Sure someone could solve the problem but, it prints nicely vertical with the painted on supports and a slowed acceleration to stop vibration.

Printing with PA12-CF works well when printed at an angle for strength. Including my 3mf print settings.

The sheath is my design meant to be carried clipped inside either a horizontal pocket or forearm sleave. Print it flat blocking any supports inside the sheath. Leave the supports for the clip. Print the sheath 0.2 with 4+ walls 15%+ infill.
