Tripoly Plus One - Needs Help

Three games plus one:
- Mini-Checkers
- Tic Tac Two (like "Tic Tac Toe")
- Scout Patrol (like "Battleship")
- Tic Tac Tall (with with "Connect Four" mixed in)

Mini-Checkers is incomplete and others may still have a couple minor bugs.
I ran out of gas working on the Mini-Checkers moves but examples are there for each type for completing them.

- Small scout ships typically patrol in pairs to provide fire
support for each other. Primary weapon is a Boson Torpedo
which travels in an arc
