Firstly I started buying some chassis from a second hand website. The first trouble I encountered was that it was “compatible” with my skates to some extent, not completely. So I wondered, could it be possible to make an adaptor with the 3d printer that will be strong enough?
So I did. And then wondered, what if I was able to make a frame that could withstand the forces? I wasnt sure about it so I made an study and tried it out myself. I did some stress calculus back in college and in my first job, so I wanted to do the whole process myself, not just taking another design and copying it. It is fun for me. This is more or less why I took this project and how it started..
The design is completely mine, as I said, eventhough it is similar to most of the frames out there.
I'll upload in a link where the complete study and the build log is, and how I ended up with this solution, if anyone is interested in it.
