For my new Vivedino Troodon 400mm, I used parts of the cooling design from:

In order to make room for a larger fan or the right side of the hotend, you need to move the X-Limit in about 6mm, and I wasn't happy with the design provided in the files above, so I created one with a smoother angle so it wouldn't catch on the cable chain.
Don't forget to take 6mm off of your X axis in the M208 line of config.g.
