Description PDF Use case: One-hand tape dispenser for tape up to 18mm wide, typically “Tesafilm”, which is widely used in Germany for parcel wrapping and other household needs. What you need in addition to the 3D printed files: Almost nothing! I used a piece of 17.7mm wide hobby knife blade, but basically any piece of blade will do. In case of a “Christmas emergency” you can even use a kitchen knife or pocket knife, as long as the blade is sharp (see picture).  Printing: This design may look complicated, but it is very easy to print. Print all parts in the uploaded position, you will not need supports on any of the parts. As material I have used PETG, but I am sure PLA will work as well.  When you print the little 6mm screws, I recommend to print at least 4 at a time, to give each screws printed layer enough time to cool down, before the next one is put on top. For the table clamp part, I recommend a solid number of perimeters (5 to 7) to make it really strong. All parts can be printed with a standard 0.4mm nozzle and the typical 0.2mm of layer height. Only for the little screws I would recommend 0.15mm layer height to make the threads nice. Assembly You need 4 of the 6x10 screws to mount the cover plate on the side, once you have added your role of tape. Then you can mount the blade holder using the 6x14 screw. Use the specific 17.7mm hobby knife blade holder or the generic holder for whatever blade you have. The table protector is optional. If you use it, simply snap it on. The clamp screw for the table can simply be screwed in.  Screw design for 3D printing The screws are not simply taken from a standard library. They are specifically designed to be well printable. The flank angle it 90°, as compared to 60° for standard screws. The 6mm screws have a 1.5mm pitch, as compared to a 1mm pitch for a standard M6 screw. You should not have problems with the threads, even if you use a budget printer. Please like it if you like it Your satisfaction is my reward. Please po
