This is the new front for the Trusdx transceiver with an integral keyer. The contacts are made from brass 4-40 x 1/2 long button head screws with the heads filed flat. The paddle contact is made with the shank of a 4-40 X 1 screw with the head cut off. The length of the remaining piece determines the spacing between the contacts. The magnets used are 8mm diameter x 3mm thick and are found on amazon.Place the magnets so they repel each other. The keyer body is printed standing up as it would be on the radio as is the paddle Do not print as shown in the photo on this page. Print supports everywhere as needed. The connection to the paddle is with a 4-40 screw going down to jamb against the contact screw going sideways and the wire for the paddle is attached to it with a nut pinching the wire against the paddle. The wires to the keyer go through the eyelets on the front of the keyer. The cap that holds the paddle in is held in by 2mm diameter x 8mm long flat head screws.
