Tscale EMD38

This is a remix of an EMD38 in TScale. The original was scaled down and used as a model in Fusion 360 to create the details. It was then printed in resin at .01 layer height and can fit the 16m motorized chassis from the Tscale people at tscale.us.

5/25/2022: Updated to include side grab rails

10/26/2002 Updated to have better fit over 19m motorized carriage. Also added the Sw1001 "Longboy" and the standard SW1001. The Longboy uses the 23m carriage and the SW1001 uses the 16m carriage.
