Tube clamp

Tube clamp
Secure a 38mm or 51mm diameter tube using a regular 300mm wood clamp.
Note: if using for hot water, this needs to be printed in a heat tolerant plastic. ABS is ok. PLA is not compatible with higher temperatures.

Parts:
M8 bolt
M8 lock nut
2 x M6 wing screw
2 x M6 insert nut
M6 bolt – doesn’t need to be wing screw
M6 hex nut

Assembly:
Print and clean up parts: tube clamp front, tube clamp back, and wood clamp holder.
Use a soldering iron to heat a and push the insert nut into the tube clamp back print, and the insert nut into the bottom of the wood clamp holder print.
Insert the hex nut into nut trap of the wood clamp holder print and screw a wing screw into it.
Push the tube clamp back print into the clamp holder print, screw in the non-wing M6 screw.
Push the tube clamp front print on to the tube clamp back print insert the M8 bolt, and screw on the M8 lock nut.
Insert the remaining wing screw into the tube clamp front print.
