Tube Squeezer update

one piece tube squeezers - updated 10.1.2015.

These are one piece tube squeezers. I added two other sizes to fit my friend's tubes of paint.

10.1.15 update: the 3W tube squeezer were modified for better printing.

I renamed the files so that the slot length and width are in the file name. If the file name has "dup#" "#" is the number of copies in the file. That is "squeezer_45L_1.5W_dup4.stl has a slot 45 mm long, 1.5 mm wide and there are 4 copies of that squeezer in the .stl

I tested the tube squeezer on a toothpaste and anti-biotic ointment tubes. These are:
sqeezer_45L_1.5W.stl works with a tube of anti-biotic ointment
squeezer_60L_2W.stl works with my tube of toothpaste

The files I modified for artist's paint tubes are:
squeezer_45L_3W_rev_b.stl for a small tube of paint
squeezer_66L_3W_rev_b.stl for a large tube of paint
