Tumble Dryer Vent

The exterior part of my tumble dryer air vent fell off the wall and broke the hinge pins on the internal flap.
This is a recreation of the external vent housing and internal flap (I didn't recreate that part the mounts in the wall.
I ended up only printing and using the replacement flap, so the external housing is untested.
Rather than printing the hinge pins on the flap, I replaced them with holes and used metal pins. The pins I used were off-cuts of 'Gold Brass Flat Headpins 50mm x 0.7mm Jewellery Making' from ebay.
