Here's a tab bender for laser engraving tumblers I whipped up for primarily Stanley dupes found on various online marketplaces. Should potentially work on other tumblers too. I've uploaded 2 STL versions, the 15mm “narrow” one I use and the 20mm “wider” one for people who prefer a wider grip. I haven't tested the wider one, but it should work as well. It will bend the tabs almost all the way, then you can use the side of the tool to push it the rest of the way down. Push the tab so it's parallel to the cup. On my particular laser (WeCreat 40w) the minimum clearance is about 5mm, I was able to get them down to about 4.5mm using this tool. Bending tumbler tabs is inherently dangerous and could cause them to break if not done carefully. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, I will not be responsible for damaged tumblers or laser heads not clearing the tabs.I recommend PETG. I printed with 8 walls and 6 top & bottom layers to make it as solid as possible.
