Tungsten grinding holder

Welders, here’s a great tool for you. Print out this handy tool for grinding tungsten electrodes. Simply print two plates from the print profile (a print profile for the Bambu Lab A1 mini is also included). After printing, remove one support from the compression nut and brims on the collars, and your tungsten grinding holder is ready to use. The easiest way to remove the support from the compression nut is to insert a solid object through the hole and push the support out. The individual collets are for tungsten electrode diameters of 1 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.4 mm, and 3.2 mm. The 1 mm electrode is not shown in the picture because I don’t have one. Simply insert the appropriate collet into the grinding holder body according to the diameter of the electrode being used and screw on the compression nut (not all the way). Then insert the electrode and tighten the compression nut. Once the nut is tightened, the electrode holds quite firmly in the holder. Personally, I have a holder completel
