Tupperware sugar mill cross

We own a sugar mill from tupperware and there is a small pastic cross which presses the sugar through the sieve. The problem is: this little cross formed plastic part is so weak, that the compressed sugar at the bottom of the mill forces the blades of the cross to bend up - and no sugar comes out.

This rock-solid thing replaces the original little sucker - and now the sugar is coming without any problems.
