put it on the end of your arrow and experience the sound of a turbine flying through the air
the duct slides over a 9mm shaft
the pin goes through the turbine fan and the bearing then plugs into your arrow's inner shaft
slide the duct back up to mate with the fan with some clearance, glue to shaft.
the bearing i used has an inside diameter of 5mm and o.d. of 11mm
