You can print your own Turbofan model. This model was inspired by some commercial jet engines. It’s an extraordinary model with a big fan (Rotor diameter: 177 mm). The Turbofan can be used as a ventilator with low speed. With high speed usage it also has a high thrust level. The parts are easy to print. You can print the parts with a scale of 1 or with a scale of 0.95 (otherwise the motor won’t fit).
Printing Settings:
The model was printed with an Anet A8 with a scale of 1.
(I had to change the machine settings in the firmware, with the scale of 0,95 it will work to print the parts without changing the settings)
Used Material:
NuNus PLA white 1.75 mm* (Printing Temperature 200°C)
NuNus PLA red 1.75 mm* (Printing Temperature 200°C)
Bed Temperature: 50°C
Printing speed: 50-80 mm/s
Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm
Turbine_outside_middle
Layer height: 0.3 mm
Shell thickness: min. 0.8 mm
Fill Density: 20 %
Supporttype: Touching buildplate
