Turkey Hanger

I had two 20 lb turkeys to cook this year for Thanksgiving. I plan on smoking one on the grill and deep frying one. This is the first year I've deep fried a turkey. Everyone warned me, repeatedly, to make sure the fried turkey was dry. A friend of mine who grew up in Ohio told me he used to hang his turkeys from the rafters in the garage the night before in order to let it dry out. Now, Ohio is cold this time of year. South Carolina is not. I decided to turn down the temp in my RV and hang my turkeys there to dry. It worked like a charm. It prints in two pieces. It is designed for one to slip through the other to create a “chain.” Together, they were long enough to go from the bottom opening up through the neck. Then a rope is tied to the end ring and secured to something solid to hang. I hope you enjoy and please let me know if you have any questions or ways to improve the design. Thank you.
