Hello everyone,
I designed the flag using official design rules.
The stl files created for 40x60mm flag.
But i shared the CAD file on Onshape:

The design is parametric.I set value as 40 for g parameter (short edge), 5 for k parameter (extrusion) and get the drawing for 40x60mm flag automatically. Then i exported as STL file and upload it for Thingiverse.
You can copy the CAD file and change the dimensions using the parameters and export as STL format for 3D printing.
I also attached STEP file for editing with other CAD programs.
