TV Bracket Arm Lock for Van

I fitted a Mounting Day TV swing arm bracket to my van.

However, when diving it swings around and opens, not helped because my van walls aren't straight.
I've therefore designed a lock to enable it to be locked in place whilst driving, then unlocked to fold the TV out.
The plastic handle will drop down one way, but will not drop down when turned 180 degrees.
No commercial distribution please.
