TV Cable Cover

I mounted a TV on the wall and wanted a simple cable cover.. The idea is the "Top Cable Cover" would be flush to the wall. The bottom as two screw holes, for mounting to the wall then the top clicks in.. When I installed its I found no need to mount/attach the "Bottom" to the wall..
