This is a wand used by the mascot of the Efteling. You can buy this wand in the giftshop in the park.
You can print the 2 halfs and 6 stones (preferbly in transparant red).
For the globe, I used an old christmas ornament.
With 2 LED's, a switch and 2 AA batteries, you can make it shine.
