Two Brass Elephants

Two brass elephants found in a thrift store. One rises smoothly upwards and prints well without support. The second has outward facing ears and is a challenge to print. Both seem to be hollowed and have flat polished bottoms. A slit, about 8 mm long, occurs on the polished bases, a clue, perhaps, to their construction.
