You can use TinkerCAD to modify text. It should be easy as clicking the text and updating it accordingly.
The print is thick enough that it should stand upright, although it will be knocked over pretty easily.
No brim is neeeded when printing. 10% infill should be fine. Ironing the top layer makes it look really nice.
