This is a project to upgrade the TwoTrees SP-5 3D printer.
I cut the side covers and cap on my CNC router from aluminum composite panels 3 millimeters thick. The doors and the front wall of the hood are made of 3 mm acrylic.
I made the cap 20 millimeters wider than you can see in the video, so that there was more space inside for the cable. I also used a factory upgrade kit from the manufacturer with a new board and a direct extruder.
Along the edges, the side covers are screwed to the frame through T-nuts, and for the central part in the frame you will need to drill holes and cut an M4 thread. The same goes for the back wall and doors - you need to drill and tap an M4 thread.

The printer has the Klipper firmware installed, and some parts have been replaced, all links below.
