TwoTrees Totem Laser cable support

I bought a refurbished Totem TTS5.5, but cable supports were missing. So I designed using another one as a model.
Printed without supports (or very few) in ABS (but other materials will be fine too).
If you use 4mm screws, you need to little enlarge holes, but i prefer to not modify 3.2mm holes that I have done.
