U-Beam Analysis

In the analysis, after a U-beam made of structural steel with a width, height and wall thickness of 100*200*10 mm is heated up to 550 degrees Celsius; distortion and stress values were obtained by leaving it in an environment of 20 degrees Celsius. The energy withdrawal value from all surfaces of the beam is 10 kW/m2.°C. Heat-related material properties are given in the image. This analysis was made using the ANSYS program. The modeling of the beam was also done with ansys geometry program.
