Box for Unifi Access Ultra (UA-Ultra). No holes for cables, those can be drilled out or added in the OpenSCAD file.The cover is attached with M3 screws and M3 heat insert. If you modify the model, you could also use wood screws instead.The original mounting plate and wood screws are used to mount the device itself.
