This is the housing for the UART PROFI SHIFTER device on Tindie
( Shortlink: https://www.tindie.com/products/23511/ )
A little bit about the device :
USB UART PROFI Shifter - 8 channel Bidirectional Level Shifter Tool + Voltage source with the ability to connect to UART: all 8 UART channels are supported.
5V 3V3 1V8 level-shifting channels are connected all the time. It is very easy to build such a configuration: SoC has 1V8 output so 1V8 connector will be used for SoC ; 5V from USB source provides 5V voltage together with 5V UART Rx and Tx, oscilloscope could be connected to the 3V3 10-pin connector to monitor the data.
There are 3x Voltage Rails onboard (max 1A) : 5V, 3V3 and 1V8. All of them accessible at the same time.
Audio-Jacks onboard have only RX / TX / GND / VCC connections (4 pins) so you can use them as alternative connector for fast plug purposes.
Option 1 (example): You can connect or disconnect level shifter channels to UART channels so you can use
