UK Mains Plug Switch Cover

Remixed from the listed authors... thanks for the original model.


Changes:
- filled the lettering to the first layer height so the centers of the D, R and Os remain in place (and allow for a filament change with contrasting colours)
- some minor edits to the main geometry
- main body height reduced to 0.8mm so it will be 4 layers tall
- added two custom supports to help the bridge
