Fan adapters to fit 40 mm fans into the unifi 16-port 10Gbe switch US-16-XG. The blend between 40 mm to 30 mm is quite nasty because there is a lip on the top part of the case that needs to slide in and engage with a pin at the back so it needs to be max 30 mm tall for around 20 mm of its length

No guarantee whatsoever this won't cook your switch since it was designed to use it's own fans. Use at your own risk

There is an offset design (the LH version) to avoid the console port. The RH version is the centred version and mounts on the right hand side. You could use both LH's if you liked or quite possibly both RH's would fit with a bit of persuasion.
