Sopranissimo Ukulele fully 3d printable

Radiused fingerboard
No glue and no supports needed when printing body in one piece.
This ukulele simply slides together and can easily be taken apart for traveling. The top is braced to prevent sagging. The Tuners are friction pegs and are easy to use.
A two piece body file is included if the body is too big for your 3D printer or for when print times are too long. The two piece body also yields better results when the overhangs are not as good as expected.
Print instructions:
- Neck
Layer height: 0,16 mm
Wall line count: 4
Use 30% infill
In Ultimaker cura, turn off adaptive layers
- Body
Can be printed in one piece or in two separate pieces (requires glueing)
When printing in two parts the bridge needs supports, use support block on the inside of the body.
Layer height: 0,2 mm
- Pegs
Layer height: 0,16 mm
Use 100% infill
- Nut
Use 100% infill so that the nut can b
