Design: having as you a “technician mind” I wanted to draw one of these piece which we take in hand and of we think about "Ho, it’s so pretty that it would make a beautiful decoration in my lounge!". That’s why these smooth curves pleasant to eyes and other abrupt angles reminiscent of the manufacturing and the mechanics. Ease of printing: The orientation of my printing did almost not need support material or in any case, it’s very easy to remove. Also, it allows as well the rounded off of 60.15" that many seem have forgotten. Orientation for the resistance: Many seem to have also omitted that a printed piece haven’t the same resistance in all directions. My design distributes the load of 300lbf (600/2) on almost the entire layers and not through a single inter-layer cohesion. This orientation layer/vector-force is also very resistant against the vibrations.
