Material: Ultem 9085 Mass: 0.064 lb Volume: 1.328 in³ Density: 0.048 lb/in³ (1.34 g/cm³) Load: 600 lbf Stress (max): 3394 psi FOS: 1.33 The support bracket consists of three parts: the bridge bracket and the right / left mounts. The purpose of this design is to eliminate the support material in the holes. All holes faced to the Z (vertical) direction in a 3D Printer. No support material in the holes or any other surfaces. The left and right mounts need to be inserted into the support bracket (snap fit). Assumption: The support bracket will be fastened to the vehicle interface using bolts with heads diameter around 0.438" (or bolts and washers diameter 0.438"). I do not have capability to use assembly analysis, so the individual parts are shown (bridge bracket and right mount).
